Many of us posses a lot of potential and skill, but it’s the ability to translate those skills into action that makes a good employee.
It’s not uncommon for employers to give their candidates a trial project of sorts. This is done for multiple reasons, but one of the most important ones is checking on your ability to actually project the skills you’ve put on your resume.
Keeping your composure while showcasing your problem-solving skills at the same time will often result in being hired. Also, this tells your potential boss that you are always ready for new tasks, obstacles, and responsibilities.
