5. Producing Results
This might be the most important thing on this list. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter if your work was faster or prettier than anyone else’s, but the fact that you were actually able to produce results.
Employers often prompt the candidates to talk about their past successes. If you have a proven track record, you’re more likely to keep that same record going and grow while at it – your potential employer knows this and is more likely to hire you.
Producing results or ‘making things happen’ is one of the more complex aspects of any job. Not only does it put you at the top of any employer’s potential candidate list, but it also shows that you possess the personal drive and eagerness for future advancements.
