Ambitions and a personal drive are fine and all, but it’s not only that which makes a good employee. Willingness to give credit to others – now that’s a trait you want on your resume.
Your interview will look for honesty and integrity in you as signs of selflessness.
Don’t be reluctant to mention those who helped you achieve something when you receive a compliment about it, and you’ll be seen as someone who strengthens both the group and individual morale.
Having a reliable and trusting environment is what’s important to everyone who works in a company. When hiring, employers will seldom hire those who can’t provide the abovementioned, so make sure to consider others when applying for a job.
