7. Adaptability
There’s one thing you need to remember when applying to any job – the pre-existing workplace won’t adapt to you, but you’ll have to adapt to it.
While interviewing you, the hiring manager will measure if you’re ‘fit’ in two distinct ways.
First off, they will consider if you’ll fit the position based on your skills, knowledge, and overall productivity.
Second of all, you’ll be measured by how good you could blend into the company’s culture. If they reckon you’ll feel successful and like you belong there, you’ll more likely to stay longer, which is ultimately what any employer is looking for.
