6. Take Breaks
Taking a break every once in a while can be useful and might be crucial, not just for your creativity, but for your physical health as well.
Every time you feel like your creative juices aren’t exactly flowing as they should and you find yourself stuck in the middle of a simple sentences – it might be time for a break.
Every time you have trouble figuring out where exactly your text is going and you feel like you are running out of ideas – take a break from your writing. Every time your back or your neck starts to hurt – take break, stretch, go outside for a breath of fresh air.
Sometimes even a short break from your writing can clear your head and make room for new things. Make yourself a snack, take a shower, go grab a cup of coffee, put on your favorite record, turn on your TV and see what is on… The possibilities are endless.
